How to fly in Brookhaven

There is a variety of options to choose from when it comes to aircraft in Brookhaven. There's over a dozen to choose from, including helicopters, jet planes, and even a hot air balloon. You can try them for free, interact with your friends aircraft, and unlock them from different passes in the game.

How do I spawn an aircraft in Brookhaven?

There are two ways to get one:

• From a helipad: Go to a helipad and choose your aircraft, and it spawns on the helipad, ready for take-off. You can find the most iconic helipad above the hospital, and there's also one on the building of Big Frank's, and above the BHPD police station.
• From the vehicles menu: Pick an aircraft and you can spawn it right where you are.

How do you fly an aircraft in Brookhaven?

To get started, make sure you are sat in the pilot's seat. Once you're in, new options will appear on the screen which allow you to control the aircraft. On mobile use the buttons that appear, and on PC, you can use shortcuts such as E to climb, and Q to descend. Some aircraft may use different controls, such as the hot air balloon, which has physical pulls to interact with.

How do you unlock aircraft in Brookhaven?

Game passes allow access to different aircraft in the game. These are marked on the icon of the aircraft in the spawn menu. If you are not sure which pass you need, you can spawn it, and it will prompt you with the required pass. Learn more in our game passes guide.

Can your friends fly with you?

Yes. Friends or other citizens can jump in as passengers, so one of you flies while everyone else enjoys the view. Some aircraft such as the Agency helicopter are designed to be used by multiple players - and these can be great ways to enhance your roleplay!

• City tour by hot air balloon: Have a friend that's newer to Brookhaven RP? What better way to show them the city than by hot air balloon? Point out the key sights they need to know, or take a leisurely tour out to the outskirts of the city.
• Air rescue: The twin-rotor helicopter which lives on top of the hospital is perfect for any kind of rescue-orientated roleplay. Whether your friend is stuck, or a cat managed to reach somewhere they shouldn't, this is a great way to put this heli to use!
• Quadcopter taxi: The new quadcopter is perfect for getting around the town quickly. Run a taxi service across town by air. Pick up passengers, drop them where they need to go, and negotiate on a fare!
