Brookhaven Easter eggs and hidden rooms

There are plenty of secrets waiting to be discovered in Brookhaven.

Where is the Agency Room in the Power Plant?

You need: the Blue Key Card. Added: the Power Plant update, August 2025.

The Power Plant opened in August 2025 and the tunnels underneath it opened at the same time. Past the reactor room there's a tunnel system leading to a chamber, and the door at the end needs the key card.

Where is the Blue Key Card?

There are two copies.

  1. Police Station, cell #2. Get onto the top bunk, into the vent, and up into the attic. It's behind the chest of drawers.
  2. Power Plant power room. Under a chair.

Where is the Agency Bunker?

Beside Rotten Robbie, the convenience store. There's a dirt wall built into the hillside. Stand next to it and the entrance opens on its own.

How do I get to the abandoned floor at St. Luke's Hospital?

You need: a ladder from your inventory. It's free, so open the Inventory icon in the sidebar if you haven't used it before.

Above hospital reception there's a floor that isn't on the map. Place the ladder under the cracked wall above the front desk and climb.

Inside you'll find an observation room, an Agency logo, and chairs under an “EXPERIMENTAL” sign.

Sit on the chairs and you'll be shown something. It isn't a redemption code, because there's nowhere in Brookhaven to enter one, and we're not explaining it.

Where is the hospital X-ray room passage?

Also in St. Luke's. Behind the skeleton signage in the X-ray room there's a hidden door, one of several we built as passages rather than doors. Inside, a blue button under the desk takes you elsewhere, and a second blue button by the wooden stool brings you back.

Where is the Underground House vault?

Claim the Underground House, go down, and look behind the television. There's an orange button and it opens a vault.

What's in Brookhaven Cemetery?

The cemetery sits behind the hospital. The third grave from the left, the one reading “I TOLD YOU I WAS SICK”, is one you can step into.

There's a coffin down there marked as Agency property.

Where are the safes in Brookhaven houses?

Most houses, apartments and estates hide one somewhere, and so does Town Hall. They sit behind buttons and false walls rather than anywhere obvious, and each property hides its own differently.

There's no master code and we're not publishing a list, because finding them is most of the fun. If you want a method rather than an answer: check behind televisions, under desks, and along any wall that looks slightly wrong.

Is The Agency real?

The Agency's logo is on the door under the Power Plant, on the second floor at St. Luke's, and on a coffin in the cemetery. Nobody in Brookhaven will tell you what it is.

There's a large community theory around it involving crystals, a founder, a portal and a project name. Some of it is very good detective work. None of it came from us.

If the Agency ever explains itself, it'll be on the news.

Which Brookhaven secrets aren't real?

A lot of what turns up under “Brookhaven secrets” elsewhere isn't a room at all. It's somebody getting to a place the map was never built to send them, which is something we treat as a fix rather than a feature.

So if you learn one of those, expect it to stop working.

Everything on this page is meant to be found, and it isn't everything there is.
